My name is Laura and I am managing director and head coach at HOY.

If I am not found on the Cornish coast, with ‘Summer’ my four legged companion, gaining wisdom from nature and it’s stunning BLUE spaces. I’m likely to be located out-n-about at HOY client locations or at HOY HQ on the Roseland peninsular.

I have a passion for coaching and empowering people to find their own inner resourcefulness to make sense of their ‘today’ for a brighter ‘tomorrow’.

With 15 years experience supporting people with a variety of needs to include; Mental Health, Learning Difficulties, NEETS, Corporate Business, Adults & Young People.

I have a creative playful nature motivated for empathic exploration, supported by formal training, delivered in an in-formal style.
