    The ocean is an amazing place and brings a huge amount of grounding calm and is brilliant for breaking state.

    So why wouldn’t we?

    That being said, it is not essential, so of course if it’s not for you we can stay on the shore for sure.

  • Put simply.

    Therapy focuses on your past to now.

    Coaching focuses on today to tomorrow (future).

    It is good to have an awareness of the service you are after, however skillsets and delivery have many shared cross over points so I do state that all delivery is a hybrid of both, which will be led by your needs.

  • I love Cornwall, and with loving Cornwall, I have to be prepared that it can rain in all 12 months of the planets journey around the sun.

    So I like to be prepared with layers, coats and a thermos.

    Please be open to the idea of continuing in the elements; after all they can bring all sorts of questions and ponder points.

    However some days only cappuccino coaching will do, so yes - I do reschedule or hop into a costal coffee shop depending on what works best on the day.

  • As fit as you are!

    With a caveat, to be aware that Cornish coast paths wind along the coast, dipping up and down often steep cliffs. So be mindful when picking your sessions.

    We will chat before your initial session so just let me know how spritely you are feeling and we can accommodate all fitness levels.

    On the day you lead the pace within the space.
